Cancellation & Refund Policy of IRC

The request for cancellation of registration from individual delegates should reach IRC office at New Delhi by 23rd November, 2023. In this case, 50 per cent of registration fee will be refunded.

But no such refund will be admissible if the request for cancellation is received after the due date. In case of official and local delegates, no refund of the registration fee will be admissible irrespective of the date of cancellation.

However, with regard to official delegates, the Governments/Organizations concerned can substitute the names in place of those whose nominations are cancelled.
